With the full support from the School, HPPA is organising
a new Enrichment Co-curricular Activity (“ECCA”), Wushu (武术)
that encourages the following:
- family
bonding
-
appreciation of Chinese culture
-
conversation in Chinese and subsequent improvement of the use of Chinese
-
opportunity for physical exercise and character building such as discipline
and respect
-
learning a self-protection skill

showcase celebrity and WuShu World Champion,
Vincent Ng (Weng Qinghai,
翁清海)
to be our head coach.
This activity is open to
Same as other ECCA organized by HPPA, HPPS pupils satisfactorily
attending more than 80% of the organized activities of the program will
have it recognized in their report books. |

IMPORTANT
NOTES
- This is a
relatively new ECCA with one year history. The total number of
participants is around 100.
- Promising
kids have been given opportunity to have additional rigorous training
to prepare for future school team competition.
